Creator Rewards Program – Terms of Service
1. Program Overview The Creator Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by Sweetstakes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to reward eligible players (“Creators”) who host active game rooms on the Platform. The Program is a promotional marketing initiative designed to encourage community engagement and does not constitute a gambling revenue share. 2. Eligibility To participate, you must: Be a registered account holder in good standing; Meet the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction; Complete any identity verification (KYC) requested by the Company; and Comply with these Terms of Service, the Platform’s Sweepstakes Rules, and all applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion. 3. Nature of Rewards All Creator Rewards are issued in Gold Coins (GC) and/or Sweeps Coins (SC). GC are for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value. SC may be won as part of promotional offers and through free alternate methods of entry, and may be redeemed for prizes in accordance with the Platform’s Sweepstakes Rules. Rewards are not a share of rake, entry fees, or gambling revenue. All Creator Rewards are funded from the Company’s marketing and community engagement budget. 4. How Rewards Are Earned Creators earn Engagement Points based on measurable activity in rooms they create, including but not limited to: The number of valid hands played; The number of unique active participants; The total active playtime in the room. A “valid hand” is defined by the Company and may require specific gameplay actions (e.g., cards dealt and betting rounds completed) to qualify. Engagement Points are converted into GC/SC at rates determined by the Company, which may change at any time. 5. Room Creation and Limitations Creators may: Customize the appearance and theme of rooms; Set the maximum number of players per room (within Platform limits). Creators may not: Alter rake amounts, payout structures, or game mechanics; Operate games outside the Platform or process any payments; Offer any prizes or incentives other than those provided by the Company. 6. No Purchase Necessary Participation in the Program does not require a purchase. Creators can earn rewards through rooms that use only free-entry play. 7. Independent Marketing Relationship Creators are independent marketing participants. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Company and have no authority to bind the Company in any way. 8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention The Company may withhold or revoke rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that: Activity is fraudulent, abusive, collusive, or otherwise violates the TOS; Multiple accounts are used to artificially inflate activity; Any attempt is made to manipulate Engagement Points. 9. Program Changes and Termination The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. 10. Governing Law This Program is void where prohibited. It is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Platform’s general Terms of Service.

Sweeps Coins (SC) – SC are promotional tokens that may be obtained: As a free bonus when purchasing GC; Through free Alternate Methods of Entry (“AMOE”) as described in our Sweepstakes Rules; Via in-game promotions and activities. SC can be used to play in sweepstakes games for a chance to win prizes. SC winnings may be redeemed for cash or other prizes in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. 5. No Purchase Necessary Purchasing GC is never required to enter or win in our sweepstakes games. You may request SC for free through the AMOE process described in the Sweepstakes Rules. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play You agree to play fairly and in accordance with our game rules. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: Collusion or coordinated play between accounts; Use of automated systems (“bots”); Exploiting software bugs or loopholes; Creating multiple accounts for the same individual. Violation may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of GC/SC. 7. Purchases & Refunds Purchases of GC are final, non-refundable, and have no monetary value. You agree that once GC are credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. 8. Prize Redemptions To redeem SC winnings for cash or other prizes, you must: Meet all eligibility requirements; Complete KYC verification if requested; Follow the redemption process outlined in the Sweepstakes Rules. We reserve the right to withhold or void redemptions if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. 9. Creator Rewards Program If you participate in our Creator Rewards Program, the additional terms set forth in the Creator Rewards Terms of Service apply. Participation in that program is optional. 10. Intellectual Property All Platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game mechanics, is owned or licensed by the Company and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, all GC and SC in your account will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law. 12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Platform and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming unless otherwise required by applicable law. 14. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. 1. Sponsor The Sweetstakes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sweetstakes LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 17949 Sheridan Wyoming 82801, (“Sponsor”). 2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Washington, Michigan, Idaho, and Connecticut, as well as Montana effective October 1, 2025) who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to win prizes. 3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes is ongoing and will continue until terminated by the Sponsor, with notice posted on the Platform. 4. How to Enter A.
